My passion for pastry was born in my grandmother’s kitchen, where I spent my weekends as a child. This love is what drove me to pursue the art of creating the perfect French macaron. Through tireless dedication, I refined my technique while discovering the rich world of French and Italian desserts.

On the path toward turning my dreams into reality, I took a bold step at the age of 19: I walked into a busy Italian restaurant in Budapest and declared that I wanted to become a pastry chef. My determination paid off, and before long, I was working as a pastry chef.
